At Timberline FCU, member and employee safety are always our primary concern. Effective March 23, 2020, all lobbies will be closed until further notice. All services will be limited to drive-thru only. We will make all efforts to accommodate your needs through our drive-thru at each location.  Additionally, safe deposit boxes may be accessed by appointment.

During this time, we encourage our members to utilize our 24/7 ATMs, Timberline FCU Mobile App, and Online Banking. 

If you have any questions, or to schedule an appointment to access your safe deposit box, please call 870-304-3200 or 877-264-2771. We apologize for any inconvenience and will continue to provide the best service for our members.


As a valued Timberline FCU Member, your health and well-being are our top priority. We understand the uncertainty and concern you may have with the continued news surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19).  The Credit Union has formalized business continuity plans in place and has devoted resources to help mitigate against possible impacts from the coronavirus.  Timberline FCU is committed to responding to our member’s financial needs as we monitor this ever-changing situation.

  •  Our branches have drive-thru access which will allow you to minimize exposure and practice social distancing. Our teams are following enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols in every location.  We will be evaluating our lobby access on a daily basis. 
  • Our Member Services team is available to you via telephone at 870.304.3200.  Our experienced employees are available to assist you with many of your financial needs from 9 am to 5 pm.

You should always be vigilant in protecting your personal information, as cybercriminals may prey on all of us during these turbulent times.  If you receive a phone call, email or text message requesting information that appears to originate from Timberline FCU, please do not provide any information and contact us immediately.

Finally, please be assured Timberline FCU is a well-capitalized, strong financial institution.  In addition to your deposits being protected by NCUA Insurance, our balance sheet is sound, and we have the liquidity to withstand market volatility.
